Arabic and Hebrew language support
ID2Office adds support for Arabic and Hebrew languages. When exporting InDesign documents with Arabic/Hebrew text, the resulting Word and PowerPoint files will include Arabic/Hebrew text. Furthermore, the right-to-left layout properties and style sheet names are propagated as well.
Separation of images
Images are now separated as much as possible resulting in converted files having images that can be manipulated.
Conversion of native InDesign vector graphics to Office vector graphics
InDesign vector graphics such as rectangles, lines, ovals, and polygons along with the respective properties are converted to Word, PowerPoint and Keynote vector graphics.
InDesign form fields to Word form fields
InDesign form field objects are now converted to Word form field objects.
URL and Link properties
Hyperlinks and local links are now supported and converted to equivalent links in resulting Word/PowerPoint file.
Extended paragraph properties
Paragraph properties such as borders, shading and rules are now processed, and equivalent properties are made in the converted file.

You can now specify JPEG as the image type and specify the compression quality of the JPEG images; resulting in smaller file sizes.
Split/Span property recognition
ID2Office 2019 includes layout enhancements where span/split column property are recognized, and the layout is preserved as accurately as possible when converting to any of the supported formats.
Additional InDesign property support
Tab markers are no processed. Additionally, grouped objects are now editable in the resulting Word, PowerPoint and Keynote file.
Removal of InDesign CS6
Support for InDesign CS6 has been removed.

Integration with InDesign CC and InDesign CC 2014
ID2Office has been enhanced to operate and function with InDesign CC and InDesign CC 2014. InDesign CS5, CS5.5 and CS6 are supported as well.
Native 64-bit Technology
ID2Office v2.0 is now a native 64-bit plug-in, offering performance benefits on both 64-bit Mac and Windows platforms. In particular, conversions are now about 15-20% faster than previous versions of ID2Office (this is only applicable for the InDesign CC edition of ID2Office).
Microsoft Word 2010-2013 native conversion
Starting with ID2Office v2.0, Microsoft Word 2010-2013 conversion support has been included.
Keynote support (only for ID2Office Professional for Mac)
ID2Office v2.0 now converts InDesign files to Apple Keynote format (only available in the Professional edition for the Mac).
Nested Table support
ID2Office now accurately converts InDesign nested tables to nested Tables in Word and accurately represents them as separate Table objects in PowerPoint/Keynote.
Improved Text Conversion fidelity
The conversion fidelity has been dramatically enhanced yielding even more accurate conversions. In particular text frame transformation is precisely mapped. Non-rectangular shaped text frames are now mapped correctly.
Improved Graphics Conversion
Dramatic changes have been made in graphics conversion so that certain situations that resulted in non-optimal conversions have now been resolved.
