The company will be shipping PDF2ID Standard/Professional v3.5 in September 2012. PDF2ID v3.5 is a major upgrade to PDF2ID v3.0 the de-facto PDF-to-InDesign conversion technology.
A major new feature of PDF2ID v3.5 is support for InDesign CS6. Additionally, PDF2ID v3.5 now recognizes and converts Windows XPS files to fully formatted InDesign files.
PDF2ID converts PDF and Windows XPS files into editable InDesign files by recreating the intended construction and layout of the document; forming paragraphs; applying styles; regrouping independent graphic elements; extracting images; creating tables; all automatically without any manual intervention.

PDF2ID v3.5 now uses a hybrid 32/64-bit PDF/XPS v6.0 engine. The conversion core is 64-bit savvy and ready.
Customers who purchased PDF2ID v3.0 licenses on/after July 1, 2012 are entitled to a free upgrade to PDF2ID v3.5 when it ships in September 2012.
Advance releases of PDF2ID v3.5 are being made available to customers requiring immediate InDesign CS6 integration.
